Trump signing the EO to remove “illegal aliens” from the Social Security rolls seemed performative at best. I had a chilling thought. When earnings can’t be matched to the SSN ‘s name etc ( i.e worker using someone else’s ssn or not a valid ssn ) the earnings are put into a suspense file. 🧵

My son works at a domestic violence shelter, they had an emergency meeting. They can’t pay rent Saturday for the trafficking victims they work with, and couldn’t go buy formula for the shelter. He can’t take a woman to her dr appointment tomorrow. The food stamps won’t be refilled on the 1st. WTF
