This is still so devastating. Man, 52 years old. I don’t have much to say but it’s still unbelievable a wonderful artist and person dies so young. My condolences to his family, friends, and colleagues

Also not to mention Half-Life Alyx's art direction is absolutely amazing. It's amazing how much was done to make the game look great in VR and perform so well.

They've done a bunch of stuff to make Half-Life Alyx super performant. Highly recommend just going through their assets and maps. A lot of neat tricks in there.
