The republican party as we know it, would cease to exist. Trump would most assuredly go to federal prison. And, the North American Union would be the strongest, richest country in the world. The capital would need to move somewhere more central, and we'd have to switch to the metric system.

I built houses with a habitat for humanity after flooding in Ohio in the mid 90's. I did that through the church I was a member of (back when I was religious). There were a number of other religious church groups doing work for HFH at the same time. I can't imagine religious organizations agreeing.
