More than that: a former gang leader, one convicted of conspiracy for murder, several convicted of large-scale fraud and tax evasion, and the list goes on.

A retired fire fighter pointed out NIOSH employees have been cut (although some reportedly are supposed to be hired back). As a result, he said we have to make sure NIOSH markings on masks are genuine. Stick with the masks you know to be genuine.

Aside from these claims, how would you plead a claim that - apart from due process - the govt had no legal authority to physically take US residents to another country and jail them? Perhaps the remedy is the same but the framing gets at the lawlessness.

So many times experts think only within the confines of their expertise and forget common sense. I found this to be true about myself when my students would ask a common sense question. It’s a fundamental shift in framing, which led to aha moments winning arguments.

My spouse is a CFPB lawyer and so he got fired today (ie, 60 days notice). He has been with the agency since 2011. Brought in the largest penalty ever against Wells Fargo. Served through a Trump I admin. This was his job. His forever helping people job.

I can attest to all the calls from people seeking pro bono legal help that go into rabbit holes because they get referred to legal orgs who in turn refer the calls to other legal orgs, none of which can take even the meritorious cases because of limited resources.
