I gave this psych med a fair shot, but it's a nope. I have never benefited from any of the psych meds & part of that is I was misdiagnosed for a long time. I get more out of hypnosis, walking, art therapy etc. BUT I would never tell anyone else not to take meds. Why is that so hard for some?

Got a bunch of vaccines today and I am gonna be soooo tired and achy all weekend. The pharmacist & I talked about our fears with RFK & she hopes I can finish the series I started. I had to wait until I was 50 for a few of them. The others we cannot find records of so I am getting JIC.

I'm sad. Today is the last day alive for my mom's kitty Allie. We've been taking care of her for several years and she is basically our kitty at this point, but Mom visit hers when she can. Mom will hold her while she goes. Poor kitty is old & we tried everything, but it's clearly her time.
