Excellent article.

It’s not just four years of marvelling at how awful he is, it’s four years of being dumbfounded by the desperate dishonesty of supporters. If a photo of Taylor Swift or Hilary Clinton waving is somehow ‘proof’ that Musk didn’t do a Nazi salute in plain sight, what else will they pretend to believe?

Opinion | You have to perform contorted intellectual gymnastics to avoid the word "fascism" which explains the phenomenon we see in front of our eyes 🖋️ @iandunt.bsky.social 🔗 inews.co.uk/opinion/look...

“The day marked a personal tipping point for Trump, who has now pulled out of more international agreements than Playmates.” Marina brings some much needed light to the week: www.theguardian.com/commentisfre...

If a man can’t give a Nazi salute at a party for a racist convicted fraudster and proven sex offender, then what kind of sick world are we living in, I ask you.

Happy inauguration day my American friends. Here is your president doing the rumbelows cup draw with saint and greavesie

Just cannot understand why these multi millionaires with huge investments in commercial property keep banging on about working from home.

Can’t be repeated often enough ‘The UK’s creative industries are vital to the economy. Valued at £124bn, they are worth more than the life sciences, aerospace and automotive industries combined. Arts and culture alone contribute an impressive £34.6bn.’ on.ft.com/42hzVmL

I really hope this chant doesn't catch on amongst the fans of other PL teams...

I thought about this one for about five minutes before deciding to re-post. Yeah...I think this checks out as truth.

Trump, Musk and Zuckerberg have declared war on facts and truth. The pushback must start now @emilybell.bsky.social www.theguardian.com/commentisfre...

57 companies are responsible for 80% of global greenhouse gas emissions since 2016. These companies include fossil fuel giants like Chevron, Shell, and BP, who have been raking in record profits. The profits of Big Oil should not be more important than the future of our planet.

I don't understand the political timidity when it comes to regulating social media. These are companies that have decimated the free press, fuelled race riots on our streets, undermined the mental health of our children, paid little tax and are now undermining liberal democracy itself.

Post of the evening for me ❤️ #NFFC

The first four words of this are enough to make me cackle with joy and bewilderment #nffc

Just had a glance over at X. It’s full of people furious over the UK grooming gangs scandal who seem not to have noticed the 2022 public enquiry nor the years of news coverage before now. I worry about where this hatred is all heading.
