'Til she was 13 my daughter & I were healthy active kayakers, hikers, organic gardeners, and home cooks eating a mostly-Mediterranean diet; then we got flu. Never got well. Doc said exercise. We tried. 6 months in they said it was mono. 4 months after that, severe ME. 18 years later, still ME. REST!
