I figured it out (I think, im still gonna ask my doctor) HRT can decrease the strength of, I think it was the pelvic floor muscles? which increases risk of incontinence, I think that in tandem with my other experiments has made it much harder for me to not drip or wet

Just did a pick-up for 8-Bit Blitz! We unfort dropped to 16 bit in groups but kept some momentum into winning the whole bracket! Since it was a lil jank we even got a wooper for it! It was a really fun run, massive thanks to everyone I played with and GGS to everyone we fought :3 #compsplatoon
