Gotta be honest, not really enjoying 2025's remake of "The Wizard of Oz."

Pass it on. #StandWithUkraine

AMANPOUR (with face in hands): “Never have I ever ever ever seen anything like it… the president and VP were taking all the Putin talking points.” Full: www.instagram.com/reel/DGolFp-...

Why don’t you wear a suit?

Slava Ukraini! 🇺🇦 ✊

We just received word that the DOJ has begun removing data detailing criminal charges and convictions related to Trump loyalists. This started with records from the January 6th insurrection, but additional records are now being erased. We will keep you updated once we have more info.

I see a malaise overcoming our country. Living in Texas I’ve seen this complete disassociation with most people and politics The Nazis exhausted the regular population. I will never surrender to the malaise. I will never stop fight for our democracy or my state of Texas

Every Republican Congressperson from Missouri voted to cut Medicaid. 30% of Missourians are on Medicaid.

what the actual

Trump inherited a Goldilocks economy. But he may destroy it faster than even pessimists imagined paulkrugman.substack.com/p/surprise-c...

Definitely worth the time to read.

Spot on.

Trump reversed Joe Biden’s 18-month extension of temporary protected status (TPS) and now has stepped up his attack on Venezuelans by revoking the right to stay of more than 300K people. Remember when Trump said he would only deport criminals? He lied. www.theguardian.com/us-news/2025...

Gov JB Pritzker (R-IL) signs order prohibiting Jan 6 rioters from state employment in Illinois: “I hereby direct CMS to apply the State Personnel Code and consider any participation in the January 6 insurrection as infamous and disgraceful conduct that is antithetical to the mission of the State”

Trump wants to distract you from the fact that he gutted the Aviation Safety Committee and ousted the FAA administrator last week. Don’t let him.

This aged well.

Well, liberal, you see Paying $6 for eggs, $5 for coffee, and $4/gal for gas was BAD under Biden because he was a Democrat Paying $12 for eggs, $10 for coffee, and $6/gal for gas is GOOD because our brilliant leader says paying tariffs makes you a real American patriot 🦅

Was hoping I wouldn’t have to dust off this gem again.

Get it right people - get it right.

Shop at COSTCO, folks. The only company that didn't cave and furthermore doubled down on DEI efforts and said it has helped their revenue, their products, their employees, and their customers.

Brilliant.

He will steal, sir, an egg out of a cloister. For rapes and ravishments he parallels Nessus. He professes not keeping of oaths; in breaking ’em he is stronger than Hercules. He will lie, sir, with such volubility, that you would think truth were a fool.

Holy shit, this is BRILLIANT. 👏👏👏

This was a fantastic water drop in the Hollywood Hills Sunset Fire from one of the aerial firefighting planes. 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Lawrence O'Donnell always asks the right questions.

Costco came up with a way to make shopping there even more pleasant. www.newsweek.com/costco-faces...

First, Chief Justice Roberts writes an insanely partisan ruling, based on absolutely no precedent, declaring that Donald Trump, an oft-convicted felon, is above the law. Next, Chief Justice Roberts cries in his beer that it is OUR fault that SCOTUS has a damaged rep. www.nytimes.com/2024/12/31/u...

John Roberts is very upset that the public has lost confidence in John Roberts and the institution John Roberts leads following a series of confidence-cratering actions by John Roberts and his colleagues, and therefore would like everyone to know that this is not John Roberts' fault, it's yours.

Chief Justice Roberts has the nerve to whine about detractors suggesting “political bias in the judge’s adverse rulings without a credible basis for such allegations.” The gaslighting is real. www.nytimes.com/2024/12/31/u...

I’ll never forget this beautiful moment seeing his shitty name being removed from a property in Panama.

instead of the Monroe Doctrine, we now have the Moron Doctrine

"Here is the bill you demanded that nullifies all safety regulations for EVs and rockets, Your Majesty. I'll be back with your iced tea."

Mad men…

Uline, "a company owned by two of Donald Trump’s top mega-donors, has routinely brought dozens of its workers from Mexico to staff its warehouses in Wisconsin and other locations even though they do not appear to have permission to work in the US, according to a Guardian investigation."

You know, this reminds me that I’m old enough to remember when some people were saying that Joe Biden was so out of it somebody had to be running the government for him

The world's richest man managed to take $190 million away from a *child cancer research center* with his posts yesterday. Funding now stripped in the new bill.

People are starting to call him Vice President Donald Trump. This will not sit well with him, and I therefore encourage everyone to do the same.

Watching the CR fight has confirmed for me that the Trump administration is going to be bad but maybe in none of the ways he’s promised and instead in entirely new totally incompetent (and probably equally dangerous) ways.

"One of the great tragedies of mankind is that morality has been hijacked by religion. So now people assume that religion and morality have a necessary connection. But the basis of morality is really very simple and doesn't require religion at all." Arthur C. Clarke
