One thing I want to interject here is that there hasn’t been enough reflection on what Bidenomics was: running a hot economy to bring up the incomes of lower wage workers, and how much voters liked that: they didn’t.

I just browsed a couple listings, neither mentioned a master or main bedroom, maybe that’s how some of the realtors are playing it now, it has 4 bedrooms they are nice, look at the pictures, we don’t want to offend either side, just trying to sell a house here

That may be, however if you want to keep that language in the listing as a seller you’ll need to also arrange a Game of Thrones shame walk with your accountant or you’ll be responsible for capital gains

They did change that, it’s called the main bedroom now, unless Trump brought back master by executive order and I missed it?

Why aren’t any journalists asking Bukele what the length of the sentence is?

Sort of surprising Dems haven’t gone back and tried a moderate black guy again, there’s an obvious political advantage to that basic identity, granted Obama was charismatic as well.

I feel like death threats are worth a block? Should eventually be able to pare it down to a good mix, even if it misses the Oren Cass to Pete Hegseth part of the spectrum

That guy would stuff the 22nd amendment right up his own ass if Trump told him to

I don’t think that, that’s my point Singal and Rowlings essays were much more nuanced than a lot of the more hard anti-trans opinions out there, but they seem to catch the most incoming
comment in response to
post
I imagine though that they look at him as a bit of a soft target, some of the real anti-trans people are likely not at all above real world retaliation, in fact they probably are looking for excuses these days

Yeah I also wouldn’t know how much hate he gets if he didn’t post it
comment in response to
post
Do you think these blue sky people also throw similar levels of hate at, say, Pete Hegseth, and I just only see the Singal, Rowling hate?
comment in response to
post
Why do you think you and Rowling get more hate than the many various hard-core anti trans right wing people out there? It’s like the nuanced view is more infuriating than the simple overt “trans people shouldn’t exist” view?

We are in debt for sure, but the irony is Republicans are planning on increasing the debt while cutting spending and driving the economy into recession. A real lose-lose.

On the other hand Donald Trump just very publicly bought a fully electric car and encouraged others to do the same. Bet you wouldn’t have guessed that would happen five years ago.

I’d vote for a budget that included closing the carried interest loophole if I was a congressional Democrat. If we’re gonna cut down this deficit let’s really get into it!

Yeah, I guess the op is sort of an inference of a causation based on a correlation that is not even proven in the post, seems like more of a hypothesis to be tested than something to be stated as a fact.

I’m trying to ask some of the replies where they’re getting the assertion that most schools were open during that time, has anyone compiled the data and mapped which schools and where had extended shutdowns? They asked me to ask you so I’m asking you.
