I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again: you may not think Twitter is real life, but for Musk, and a lot of other MAGA notables, REAL LIFE IS FOR TWITTER. Everything they’re doing, they’re doing for parasocial kudos from their social media fan club. Their main policy commitment is being “based.”

Oh interesting! #STL Board of Elections is skipping useless approval voting primaries for races that already had two or fewer candidates. "Primaries in Board of Aldermen Wards 1, 5, 7, 9, and 13 were canceled because two or fewer candidates filed in each race." Wards 3 + 11 will be interesting!

#STL folks! I'm compiling a list of the "biggest/most noticeable (vacant) eyesores/albatrosses" in #StLouis that need fixing up—which can you think of? E.g.: → Railway Exchange Building → Millenium Hotel → AT&T Building (909 Chestnut) → Lemp Brewery → St. Alexius → South City Hospital → Cleveland HS

#STL folks (and probably @nextstl.com) — Anyone have any idea if there's been any movement on saving/restoring the Orpheum Theatre downtown? Jubilee World Inc. purchased in 2017 but it still seems abandoned & I've never seen any kind of construction.

Nice to see #StLouis over-preparing but thankfully this snow will not be nearly as bad as last time (only about 2" predicted). Temps post-storm much higher with even some rain on Sat. Problems more likely next week as temps forecasted to stay below freezing post-rain w/ some additional snow. #STLWx

It would be cool if #Apple created a Thread/Bluetooth hybrid (or something like that) so that Bluetooth devices can stay connected even when they're out of Bluetooth range (so long, I suppose, as you're using them inside an area with a Thread network).

Idgaf I’m still fighting for guaranteed healthcare. Aspiration is the answer. Not just “we’re not the bad guys.” We need something more meaningful than that. I want a future worth fighting for. They have no vision. We do. Lean into our strengths and knock them out. 👊🏽
