I started using it a few weeks ago and don't get those. I do see a count of how many trackers have been blocked every time I go to a website, though; this appears in the address bar at the top.

Haha...after I had said that, I did wonder whether you might have. And as you did, then, simply, doh! It's just people are people (some of whom don't think to check whether their vehicle will accommodate the item!). If there is a metaphor there, it's (clearly) beyond me :).
