So not only will this useful aid program be destroyed, hurting lots of people, but the product is likely to be destroyed as well, simply wasting it. But I'm sure Glorious Orange Leader and his Co-President will be happy to pocket the "savings" personally. And people suffering is a bonus.

I'm so glad I'm up to date on all of my vaccinations, including MMR. And at this point, I doubt the Glorious Leader cares, because he doesn't care if his sycophants die, because he never expects to ever leave power. Elections are for suckers.

Well that was weird. Here I am Westminster to talk to some MPs about trans rights. Am killing time in Starbucks. And who should walk in but Wes Streeting. He clearly cannot always tell. Two trans girls here and he didn't notice.

I wrote about Elon Musk and Gavin Kliger and acknowledging the reality of what they are: Nazis.

1. After a federal judge ruled that websites containing LGBTQ+ information at the CDC must be restored, the Trump administration did so... but then also added snide and incorrect anti-trans headers to them. The latest from new EITM writer S. Baum. Subscribe to support our journalism.

Am out of surgery. They say it went well. Now I need to recover. Will be in hospital for a few days.

It’s good to get some victories, even small ones.

Seven transgender patients—all under age of 19—have sued Trump over his anti-trans healthcare order. Their compliant outlines *multiple* ways the EOs break federal law & violate the Constitution. Story here, and thread: www.motherjones.com/politics/202...

Scapegoating and harassing a minority who are hurting or inconveniencing absolutely no one. A petty, unfair, utterly unnecessary move. Red meat for stupid people. "After Trump’s order, Rubio’s State Department freezes passport applications with ‘X’ gender marker" www.silive.com/politics/202...

I don’t care if you’re a relative, a fantasy novelist, or an elected official, transphobia is manufactured outrage and transphobe are trash. None of America’s problems are cause by trans people. None. But a LOT are caused by bigots.

Not so much a nail in the coffin but a stake through the heart of the Cass Review. Olson-Kennedy et al (2025) Emotional Health of Transgender Youth 24 Months After Initiating Gender-Affirming Hormone Therapy. Journal of adolescent health. www.sciencedirect.com/science/arti...

This is precisely it. Streeting and his allies believe that allowing a child to continue to be trans is ‘harm’ because they see being trans as inherently bad. Conversely they see conversion therapy, starting with denial of medication, as ‘good’ because it might ‘save’ someone from being trans.

For British trans people: You legally are owed healthcare If your GP says no and you can afford it, sue them If you can't, then ask to see someone else and write the most brutal middle class sounding complaint you can They are not allowed to deny you trans healthcare

1. The first major federal fight over transgender people post-election is here. A federal provision has been added into the NDAA that would pull certain healthcare from transgender servicemembers' families. If Democrats stay unified, it could be blocked. Subscribe to support my journalism.

At SeaTac. Used these toilets. World did not end.

GPs halting transgender patients hormone treatment or refusing prescriptions, investigation reveals “If a GP didn’t know how to treat a heart condition they’d ask a cardiologist they’d get advice and guidance…this doesn’t seem to apply to treating trans people” www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/home...

If you were unclear as to why Jesse Singal is here, this is the point, this is the bit. Trans folks made a space, separate from him, his followers, and the harassment they bring. He is attempting to import those followers and that harassment of trans women here, because it makes content for him.

Investigations into youth and adult trans care… This would be fulfilling a promise Trump made last year: “at any age.”

Top of the agenda is to go after providers of gender affirming care, including for adults. The FTC could also go after online platforms for displaying LGBTQ content which would be supercharged under KOSA. This is catastrophically bad.

Transgender activists (yes, that's Chelsea Manning in the suit!) just staged a sit-in inside the congressional bathroom closest to House Speaker Mike Johnson’s office, to protest GOP-led efforts to keep trans people from using restrooms that match their gender identity. They were arrested. Story TK

France has just had a review of healthcare for young trans people and it has come out entirely the opposite to Cass. But then again the personnel involved had not been specifically selected to arrive at a politically-required outcome. www.sciencedirect.com/science/arti...

This is a deeply dishonest, inflammatory op-ed by Democrat Seth Moulton, who touts his "unimpeachable" record on transgender rights while calling trans girls boys and insinuating there aren't enough restrictions on their participation in sports. www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/202...
