He has a Patreon page, and subscribers can ask questions when he hosts Ask Me Anything chats there. He sends out an email with expected chat schedule for the month, and subscribers also get newsletters emailed with longer format posts to explain topics in the news. The chat is hard to follow there.

Scopalamine ear dot will help enormously, may make you a bit snoozy. Wash hands after applying and do not rub your eyes after handling the dot.
As far as what to do about the nausea and discomfort, some swear by ginger, as in ginger ale or ginger tea. Crackers/toast/bland “white” food may help.

Consider investing in sun protective clothing/accessories. I spent years in the Florida Keys and would have fried without sunshirts, sun gloves, hats with drape for face cover, etc. Tech fabrics have improved tons to keep us protected AND comfy. If you have them, you’ll use them.

I know two people who did the Inspire procedure after hating the cpap/mask options. Major improvements in sleep quality and quantity, life-changing in terms of daytime energy and alertness. YMMV, but I know how tough it is to deal with.

Perfectly fine to make a legal challenge if there is a case. But beating a dead horse for months or even years after the election in an attempt to change the outcome is not. Continuing challenges sow doubt in the voters about the integrity of our election system, and THAT goes beyond a single race.
