We use, sourcream, egg, vanilla bean, and cream cheese. It sounds more like a no bake cheesecake recipe. Thousands of recipes though for sure.

Not thatbi need to argue because I've made thousands of cheesecakes. But yes it has egg in it. That is the binder. That's why it bakes in a water bath at no greater than 200ish
So the EGG, does not coagulat which happens about 220.

Yeah, I don't have a favorite, but I think that's ok for a favorite band. I will say this though, I've never been able to see them live. I did get tickets to the Atlanta show! Psyched about that.
