I agree. I hope the GOP legislators start thinking less about "revenge primarying" and more about their actual constituents, and, heaven forbid, the Constitution and our democracy.

It was during his program, The Last Word, on MSNBC recently. I suggest looking up whether it had been posted online. Hope that helps.

It's a third rail that could easily have been avoided, regardless that there was no malice in the comments. Just stick to his bastard father and the older sibs.

Noir Alley featured several. I love Eddie Muller!

Oh, then you haven't seen enough Raymond Burr! He played the heavy in numerous noir films, long before Hitchcock and Perry Mason!

It doesn't mean she can make up the process. I encourage you to listen to Lawrence O'Donnell's explanation. He does a much better job than I ever could.

I get what you mean. We all deserve a large dose of schadenfreude, if only we get to their complete failure and ouster. Lordy, I'd love to see them suffer, and worse.

And then who will ENFORCE such rulings? Ay, there's the rub. Not that all courts shouldn't rule against him, but there has to be a law enforcement mechanism and body.
I keep thinking about Mussolini, somehow...

I don't like this. Presidents don't rule at all. They're supposed to GOVERN. It should say "He governs only with the people's consent, and we do not consent."

What part? Surely not fun for people suddenly getting the ax. I'm grateful that, so far, I haven't been directly affected unless/until my Social Security is really fucked.

You're still not getting it. She doesn't want to do something that, in the long run, would be useless and dumb. People can vote HIM out in November.

Thank you; I got it from someone else and have shared it here and on FB. I frankly can't say I'm shocked, but I'm familiar with that SOB's history.

Keeping it a talking point is fine, but, again, a process shouldn't be begun that will likely not be fruitful. The Governor can do other things to let people know where she stands. No one needs her fraudulently starting a legal process; that does no one any good.

Ya think? Tony, honey, we figured this out a long time, like about ten years, ago.

No, they're not excuses. The process is complicated and even vague, and could be dragged into court for years. Vote the mf out and defang him that way.

The process itself is not simple; it's pretty convoluted and vague. Lawrence O'Donnell explained it on his program. Plus, could be in court for years. People should pay attention to details; not everything is just a snap of the finger. At this point, voting him out would actually be more efficient.

And I've been out of NYC for decades, but kept up with his dealings, and especially since 2015--a great deal of reporting, and "underground" reporting was done, but MSM quashed that and fed people Russian-controlled bullshit.
