What's your favorite album released the year you were born? I was asked this earlier and I'm stumped! There were so many classics released in 82. I'm exactly one Thriller years old.

Bob Mould is an endless supply chain of melody and noise. Here We Go Crazy is one of the best rock records I've heard so far this year.

File this under no shit.

Kris 'n Dale - She Touched Me [USA, Psyche, Folk] (1976): Incredible, infectious, psyche-folk groover that opens a consistently fantastic and eclectic album. I'm pretty sure not many people would expect a sound like this to c https://redd.it/10umug8 https://youtu.be/r_x8PVibRqc

Chris Gaines failed as a concept the first time IMO. No need to revive it… 🥸

A stack of truly underground extreme metal and punk I got in a bandcamp deal.

A couple of Bob Pollard records checked off the list. Zoom is a decent enough ep but crawling distance and motel of fools are quickly becoming new favorites. His solo work gets very adventurous.
