That makes sense. Didn't even cross my mind tbh.
Well, hopefully, you have no more cancelations! I love some Elden Ring, so I'll be looking for it!

Would it be rude to start asking for design updates? If he's pushed it more than once and also wasted your time with no text or call... I feel like it's warranted.

Arya... being a big sister to a one year old is tough work.

Let me know what you think! I read a chapter and enjoyed what I read but haven't had time to pick it back up.

Bulging disc in Nov.
Celebrated my wife and I being together for 10 years in Dec.
Celebrated my sons birthday in Dec.
Just found out I have pretty bad arthritis in my neck/back and cervical stenosis.
Being a dad has been incredible but damn 2024 was pretty rough. Hoping 2025 is much better!

100%. Which becomes a problem in later sessions when they refer back to something I didn't have written and thought of in the moment 😅

I can daydream all day and think of ideas that I and sometimes my players find to be awesome, intriguing, etc... but putting it down on paper is damn near impossible for me. Once I get to the PC to type, I just can't bring myself to do it.

Ran into this problem on Twitter. Posted about sports and DnD with other things like games or movies peppered in. Felt like my tweets were never being seen after a certain point.

My wife just had me start Gilmore Girls for the first time last week. On episode 12 now. I thought I'd hate it but it has been a mix of adorable and nostalgic so I've enjoyed it so far.

I can't imagine using it in the workplace. Could it have a place to utilize as inspiration or generate ideas? Maybe but to use it to complete a job & become dependent on it is just setting yourself up for failure. You're just furthering the capabilities of something that could one day take your job

Looking back on it... I hate it. Did it make that time easier? Sure. There was no passion or creativity connected to it and those sessions felt lackluster and disconnected as a whole. I pulled myself out of that rut and have gotten some help with the depression. This last session without AI? A blast

I went through a bit of depression a few months ago and lost all interest in writing but had to keep things going as a GM for a DnD campaign. Ended up using AI to help generate ideas for two or three sessions.

At first I thought Pali but now I'm thinking Cleric. Give me more Celestial Warlocks and Divine Soul Sorcerers.
It could make the Divine power bestowed upon your PCs feel more like a blessing from birth or a legitimate deal/pact with a god instead of from worship. Anyone can worship and dedicate.

Granted, I had a weird mixture of sports followers who didn't care about TTRPGs and vice versa plus plenty of bots.
Hopefully this app will feel like a fresh start!
I've seen plenty of people post a list of interests. I'm not sure if it's helpful or not, but I might give it a go.

I've been lurking since this post and still utilizing Twitter... I deleted Twitter today.

It's fun showing how easily misinformation spreads, especially when it's being sent down from people in a higher status.
Eg. they have firsthand knowledge of a port town that has been overrun by demons but the gazette has claimed the town has closed its borders to prevent the spread of an illness

False rumors are great. I have a "gazette" that runs every in-game week. There are some truths and some rumors. Typically the rumors are lies being sent by the overarching government. There have been some lies in this gazette that the party knows for a fact is false but can't openly make claims
