The plot is interesting. I like how you revealed the main character's role as a matchmaker at the end. Not sure what the storyline of the next chapter will be, but maybe you can give a little background on the characters/settings?

My English isn't good enough for me to make any specific recommendation, but here are couple of things that I notice.
- It seems like verb tenses are not very consistent, occasionally switching between past and present tenses
- Sometimes it's not very clear who is speaking during the dialogues
