If London, who had actual bombs dropped in actual bins by the IRA, can manage to reintroduce bins to main line stations Iā€™m sure PTV can step up.

I just came back from a trip to the US and in all the CVS stores I stopped into, everything was under lock and key. You had to ring a doorbell in the aisle to call for an assistant to let you access the peanut butter M&Ms

Itā€™s times like this I appreciate the ā€œno speculation you shitheads, wait for the reportā€ approach many railway forums take towards incidents. Point fingers, if you must, once a baseline of facts has been established.

This was the outcome, thereā€™s a link to the full report contained within. Transport provision for shift workers and 24-hour food licenses to support this sector (e.g. near hospitals) was a key point of discussion I thought was quite interesting during the process.

About 18 months ago I contributed to a 36-hour citizens assembly on Camdenā€™s Evening and Night Time Economy strategy. They were deliberately broad in their definition and kept steering people away from ā€œjust pubs and clubsā€. At least at a LGA level, there is some good thinking taking place.
