It really burns me that Puerto Ricans don’t have the right to vote for president, pay SSI but don’t get to claim SSI benefits, and Medicaid support is gutted for providers and recipients alike. All this and they have to live under US laws and regs, and it seems nobody even knows they’re citizens.
