I am in bed and it's not even 8pm. My allergies have been so terrible that I have had to start taking benadryl again. I guess being sleepy is the cost for keeping my eyes from simultaneously burning, itching and watering. My head is going to explode from sinus pressure. Snow mold can suck it.

While writing in my journal, I realized that I have been trapped in an anxiety spiral for the past week. I thought my hyper focus was a good thing so I didn't notice when it veered into hyper fixation. I was unintentionally called out for it at work and it's like I finally woke up.

I cannot seem to settle on anything for longer than 3 minutes. Yes, I have taken my Vyvanse, but I've always seen that as a tool rather than some kind of "fix" for my ADHD demons. This is what always happens on Saturdays when I am home by myself. BLAH!

Felt a little cooped up at home and decided to bundle up for a longer than usual walk to the grocery store. Not many folks out walking about in what feels like -28°C but I kinda love it. It took about 45 minutes before my toes started to feel numb 🥶☺️
