It was so bad. So overpriced. Such a miserable experience.

It isn’t just you. It’s garbage.

If we’re playing that game…

Definitely. Good car taste too.

Tom is doing it right.

Offer them the best of luck trying to find a dealer that will take it in on trade.

12-year-old me would get into a LOT of trouble with this device.

Porsche is always smart with the lounging opportunities at US endurance races. The Le Mans hospitality is even more exceptional.

Back in 2019, I suggested to our friends at Acura that they set up a suite at the track for the media and guests to catch a nap during the overnight shift if they didn’t want to go all the way back to the hotel. Especially when we had so many hours of indefinite red flags during the storms.

BaT doesn’t handle the transactions between buyer and seller though, as they’re handled between those parties directly offline. BaT just takes a fee for the initial listing, and then from the buyer upon a successful bid. But agreed, it’s still painfully expensive to run.

TONS of cash spent for good reason there.

Referring to BaT, in this case.

The amount of traffic (DAU in the hundreds of thousands) plus content hosting is considerable. That doesn’t come cheap. There’s also a full staff of salespeople, listing support agents, site management developers, and people who maintain the actual business.

I love the seat setup in the F60 America.

Especially when I’m one of those users who makes sure to post landscape images for my feed, so now they’re all cropped terribly. There is nothing he can’t fuck up.

Awesome!!

A 959 done by Canepa is worth its weight in magnesium.

Speculative flipper. I hope the reserve isn’t met, and they have to live with the embarrassment.

This is what bothers me the most about Singer customers. They wait so long, and pay so much, to flex that they got one, yet don’t drive them enough. That was one thing we pressed hard with potential clients at Gunther Werks: You’re going to drive this, or you don’t deserve one.

Those old Ganassi liveries were iconic.

That ANSA exhaust can be replaced easily.

Lando’s taste in classic exotic cars is fantastic. Especially for someone his age.
comment in response to post
Oh nice! He’s got great taste!

This needs to go into production immediately. @noelleflamingo.bsky.social probably agrees.

Two of my favorite car people. Haven’t seen those guys in a while. Need to fix that.

Easy choice: Miura S. Especially this color.

This particular collector likes having all of their cars in black, and doesn’t often duplicate them, but these 599s are an exception. Here are a couple other fine and rare examples from that collection.

I need the Japanese one. NEED.

Top Gear’s lead photographer, Mark Riccioni, has a fantastic car and plate combo. www.instagram.com/p/C7zspErIYP...

Have definitely noticed this. The converted one is much more playful and stable.
comment in response to post
At least one of them is a conversion. Good eye.

With recent experience behind of the Daytona SP3, it’s certainly something special, but has zero storage space for anything. If I’m going to regularly use a Ferrari, the 812 CompetizioneA wins. Luckily I get to play with one often.

Definitely a fan of the manual 599. A collector in Texas has a trio of them, which I shot in one grouping a while back.

Ewers continues to give all Horns fans ridiculous emotional roller coasters every game. Dude can be miserable for three consecutive drives before throwing dimes in tight coverage during a 2-minute drill to get a clutch win. Some consistency would do his draft stock—and the fanbase—a lot of favors.

Same owner. Good dude who enjoys many Porsches, old and new.

Yet still cool as hell.

I like that spot.
