This is how war is, especially modern civil conflict. It's not Hollywood. People go to work, go to school, go shopping and hang out. Even combatants, when they're not fighting. Rabbi Zober's point is important because *we'll need to recognize when we're in it.* Otherwise the frog boils.

If City leaders truly want clean air... follow Paris' lead. Mayor @Anne_Hidalgo has had vision + guts. By building many hundreds of miles/kilometres of protected bikelanes, she cleaned the air. As bonus, she got a healthier, greener, more fun city, for all ages & backgrounds.
