Are your birdhouse decorative or practical for outdoor use? My dad was a birdhouse builder, too. His last creation for me, a hollow birch log with cedar shingles & used by wrens, just fell apart after over 20 years of hanging the maple tree. I love your style!

This makes me feel sick about trump squatting in our WH. The worst people are doing the most damage in the least amount of time in our country's history.

Propaganda works, and that's why Hitler, Putin, and Republicans use it to gain power and territory. Fox propaganda is half RT misinformation.

Zelensky is standing between the west and Putin. If they fall, we can expect Putin to push his way into another country.

My former representative showed up to a rare town hall and complained about her constituents being unhappy. She ignored our best interests for almost 2 decades so that she could toe the party line and vote for tax breaks for the wealthy and deregulation (which she loved more than Jesus).

I used to have family night for kids to show off their artwork/crafts, and their parents, who never used the library themselves, were amazed at all the offerings. I helped elderly people apply for benefits & get birth certificates or download the free will forms. So much there!

Use them, talk about them, use their website offerings, and tell your friends. It's not just books, it never was. You can study languages, check out tools & museum passes, get help with your research from reliable sites, take your kids to story time, author visits, and use their free meeting rooms.

I would have been tempted to whisper between the seats, "That's a lie!" Or "they get this straight from Putin. " Before during and after each segment.

They've been working on this plot since before Reagan took office. When I say cheating, I mean everything from voter purges & misinformation to loading state houses and election boards. They will do anything, take $ from Putin that is washed through the NRA, to stay in power.

He was always on the inside of a bubble of wealthy white men who are too powerful to be hurt by politicians who come and go.

We moved from the highest incorporated town in our state 10 yrs ago. I sure don't miss the 6' drifts, waiting for the auger to clear roads, dodging avalanches off the metal roof, & running out of places to pile the snow shoveled off the walkway. Spring came late & fall came early. Looong winters!

I would add trump marriages, parenting, and interior design to this list.

I live in the inland NW where summer temps now go through October, and I've picked strawberries in November. Fall and spring are both shorter here than a decade ago, and my tulips get fried every May when summer temperatures hit.🫤

I'm sending all your "silly" posts to a friend in rehab. Thanks for the daily humor!

It's the awkward stage between winter and spring that wears me down. The flooded basement from snowmelt, the frozen compost when it's 65⁰F out there and the straggley plants on the windowsill that haven't been hardened off yet because it's still 30ish at night.

Republicans can only win by cheating. They are willing to cheat in hundreds of ways in thousands of places to maintain minority power over the majority of voters. This way, most of their voter suppression stays under the radar. Trump is eliminating possible roadblocks to limit/eliminate oversight.

You're absolutely right! Before these dark trumpian days they would have boycotted press briefings or asked hard-hitting questions at least!

And the WH press corps has to sit through this propaganda?

6th graders! Taught to hate at home. What a sad reminder of the power of a parent's words.
