I am perpetually dehydrated because I literally forget that a cup of room temperature water exists. So my big hack was... ice cubes. Hydration hack #2 was finding daytime drinks that hit the coffee/beer pleasure center. So now I drink a lot of kombucha in summer, hibiscus tea in winter.

I will just say this: if you live in an urban area and have just a little patch of land, look into planting native trees. They lower extreme heat so well and is like 100% the best and easiest way to keep your area cool Also: do it as quickly as possible, the best time to plant a tree is yesterday
