Mark, there is no such thing as guaranteed payment. People would take a 30PCT cut and still not be guaranteed employment.
I have had my own business for 24 yrs after being FTE for 21 yrs. No guarantees in business either. But at least I am in control.

Still working on this today e.g., commenting on FDA guidances on AI for use by industry.

I have a principle of never letting my fuel go below 30%. In a natural disaster (fires, earthquakes etc), that would be enough to get me far enough away to save myself and my family.

Ok, I support all LBGTQ folks, but I’d suggest we consider that this is correct action.
Transgender women, do have more muscle from when they were male. And no matter how much hormone treatment they get, I believe they still have more muscle than biologically born women.
