Horrifying news from Gaza (AJ puts death toll at 340). Netanyahu's decision to resume mass air strikes buries both hopes for the safe return of the remaining hostages and for an end to the suffering of civilians in Gaza. It clearly shows that Netanyahu never truly intended to honour the ceasefire.
