Sometimes you just have to be like Doug. At Trump’s inauguration tea, Doug Emhoff rejected Bruce Fischer’s handshake with, ‘Why would you try to shake my hand when you wouldn’t shake my wife’s?’ After Fischer’s earlier snub of Kamala Harris, the energy was unmatched. Fischer later apologized.

Last month, Sen. Deb Fischer's (R-NE) husband refused to shake the Vice President's hand. Yesterday, he tried to shake Doug Emhoff's hand. The Second Gentleman replied: "Why would you try to shake my hand when you wouldn’t shake my wife’s hand?” REPOST if you love Doug Emhoff!
