I'm awaiting my copy. Read the synopsis and thought this sounds cool and poignant in today's hellscape.

I too found a home in the libraries of Thurnscoe and Bolton on Dearne, as well as Barnsley. First of all devouring Asterix books and then finding the sci-fi and fantasy books. Too poor for a games console like my friends. My library ticket granted me escapism in the best way.

Your Heartwood collection is also a really excellently put together anthology containing some splendid stories by a fantastic set of authors. I will also be checking out this horror anthology. If its any where near as good as Heartwood I will be in for a treat.

Fun fact : England and Wales are the ONLY countries in the world to have privatised their water companies.
It was much of a good idea we kept it to ourselves.

Coffee is the devils drink. Cost me my job, wife, kids and dog. My lowest point was being found snorting spilled Mellow Birds off the floor in Londis.

They have done them 'S' things and everything. Some kids in my class do them . Is it a secret code I don't understand. I'm definitely not a cool G.O.A.T like yourself

I'm definitely a fantasy / sci fi person. Grew up poor with just a library ticket. Fantasy was/is/and forever will be my favourite way of escaping. We have a LOTR exhibition currently up here in Barnsley which is cool also.
