@legaleagle.tv unwisely asked me for thoughts.

Bingo.

Ok I finally did the handle/custom domain thing. We're now @legaleagle.tv ! Wheeeeeee

This is maybe the most illegal, unconstitutional, and immoral thing the Trump Administration has done yet. I'm disgusted: nebula.tv/videos/legal...

We're all having fun dunking on Paul Weiss (deservedly so). But the lawyer in me wonders what their real obligations are. They were extorted by an illegal EO into making dubious promises with (probably) no mechanism for oversight or compliance. What if they just ... didn't do anything?

This is – without exaggeration – possibly the dumbest legal argument i've ever heard.

Maybe the most insulting thing about the government's argument is that they are arguing they can't provide details because of national security but THEY MADE PROPAGANDA VIDEOS ABOUT EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED.

What do we think? T-shirts with "Sorry, it's what my client instructed" on them?

@timothysnyder.bsky.social May I read this piece in a video? I agree with every point wholeheartedly.

"Your honor, I know you TOLD me to do something but you didn't write it down until several minutes later" is not an argument I would want to make to the judge. storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...

The law doesn't apply if you can run really fast.

This is nuuuuuuuuts.

Big announcement today. youtu.be/oYrKc1vIIM8

The Ides of March is my favorite holiday. Which tyrant will *you* be regiciding today in celebration?

DO NOT COMPLY IN ADVANCE. I’d call my senator, BUT I DON’T HAVE ONE BECAUSE I LIVE IN DC.

Makes you think: for every hour Twitter is down, it loses hundreds of dollars of advertising.

Kel, buddy, if you're going to cite a 3 HOUR LONG VIDEO, you need to drop a pin cite/time code for when the quote appears or at least use the "copy video URL at current time" feature. @nationalsecuritylaw.org

Lol. Ok I think I figured it out. If your prompt is "give an 'objective analysis of whether he twists the facts, misrepresents the law, or presents a fair legal argument'" ChatGPT is probably going to find ways to say it's biased. Good to know!

This is honestly fascinating. A commenter with an anime PFP asked ChatGPT for an "objective analysis" of my video. I'll admit, if you credulously assume everything the Trump admin says is true (fact and law) and refuse to use common sense or your lived-in experience, it does like biased!

I think there's a good chance that Trump heard the US was a "liberal democracy" and set out to destroy it because he's confused that "liberal" has different meanings.

New video up. Find out what DOGE is! (so you can tell me because I have no idea). youtu.be/ihvSwJT0rLU

Why couldn’t they torch the Constitution and the rule of law in service of something nice like the Metric system?

Crap, now I need to research if you can be AG or DAG if you've been disbarred.

Better to be fired than get disbarred for signing your name to a time bomb pleading of historic corruption.

AND ANOTHER THING, I'm pissed because I don't have the capacity to tackle every issue (because it's a freaking fire hose right now). Any lawyers in the DC area want to help (on or off screen)? Crim law experience preferred by not required.

I'm so angry at these degenerate wannabe tyrants who are taking a sledgehammer to the rule of law, brick by brick. Is what's happening getting through to the average American? Do they care?
