Doing a MITB type contract was a bad idea, but they could have salvaged it if they just had booked Nigel to win it and challenge Danielson for the title at All Out instead of Jack Perry. Hopefully they don’t do it again though.

It worked for Trump

Drake ain’t ever coming back from this. He might as well go into real estate or something.

So that was her!

They don’t have any more people than WWE has. They just need to do a better job of deciding who gets on TV.

There’s just as many people in WWE according to their roster page.

That’s more than fair. We’ve seen it over and over again.

He’s had the best division for awhile now. He just refused to capitalize on it.

Agreed. She should be going after a title since everyone else in the group has gold of their own.

Now they just need to give her and Taya some wins if the goal is to The Vendetta over.

Veda Scott is available. They just need to hire her.

Prepare to be disappointed, because there are commercials.

True. I don’t blame her for the reign being underwhelming. I blame the creative team for not having a plan in place for her once she won the title, something that happens way too often with the women’s world title.

Both world title scenes are pretty underwhelming at the moment thanks to overarching story nonsense.

Once again you were right.

That’s the second Worlds End main event that failed to deliver. They need to do better next year.

That was incredible. If she wasn’t a made woman after the first match, she absolutely should be after the rematch.

I agree. I’m surprised this match didn’t end in a time limit draw.

Fun fact: the 3 longest women’s matches in AEW history have been for the TBS title.

This should definitely be a trilogy. I would have this one end in a draw where Statlander has the upper hand but runs out of time. That would lead to the third match where they could do 2 out of 3 falls or a 30 minute iron woman match to get a definitive winner.

Hopefully he actually follows through and does a women’s C2. He can’t claim to have the best women’s division in pro wrestling and not give them opportunities to show what they can do. He also needs to add more women to the division so they can withstand injuries to key people.

Nacho Problem is a great name. Good luck to you and your daughter!

You should do it & go to a brief intermission when Kenny’s music hits.

It was a great match. What rating did he give it?

The same reason we can’t get more than one women’s match on Dynamite every week. It’s Tony.

Even Jericho has to know that Athena & Billie deserve to be in the main event over him and Cardona.

Exactly. It’s hard to build people up when they’re barely on tv. Even the current women’s champions don’t get much tv time, and when they do, it’s almost always in backstage segments away from the fans.

I don’t understand why this match isn’t on Dynamite instead of Anna vs Penelope when this is the better matchup.

I definitely did not see it playing out the way it did at the start of the segment.
