You. Are. Wrong. Wrong, wrong, wrong. Your stubborn attempts to justify subordination to fascists will not be forgotten. It is disgraceful.

You’re right. I’m so embarrassed, and now sad. I’ve kept this reminder of how shitty 2016 was for over 8 years now.

I thought internet scientists had already determined this time branch split when they shot Harambe, no?

Not more vertical than wide, but far less wide than usual. 1.43:1 I think.

Actually… (sorry.) But the IMAX cameras he used for a lot of Dark Knight were more vertical than wide aspect to get those towering at the top of Gotham City skyscraper shots.

But most phone consumption is. I gave up on this fight years ago while at Adobe. Phones are a different platform from tv or theater screens, so its native media adapts. Meh. Better hills to die on right now. If Fincher or Nolan start shooting vertical, then I’ll reignite the firefight.

She says this while she’s out there waving with her jerk off hand. And that’s not basic sexism or misogyny because we all got to see it on video in public. I wonder if anti-vaxxers are also anti-soap or anti-sanitizer. If so, she may still have those jerk off germs all over her hand.

This administration couldn’t review 1,500 J6 pardons on an individual basis. I have zero faith they can make critical judgements on employment analyses.

What if we all claim we’re still under audit and we’ll let them see them later?

Every decision seems to have been a wrong one. From the structure and storytelling style, to the “action”, to the visuals, it just felt like it was made by the lowest bidders. Like Paramount bought some cheap foreign film, changed a name or two in the dub, and slapped the Star Trek brand on it.

I was disappointed it didn’t make a return after COVID and after Lynch’s passing today, guess I’m just happy I was able to experience it when I did.

The final act for the night was David Lynch showing some of his short experimental films, which were weird and fun and exploring how the camera captures images. He sat for another hour, answering questions, sharing stories and opinions, and just being delightful…

He also needed the money. He then went 90 minutes over time sharing stories of filmmaking, family, and finances. It was amazing. Next, a crew from Twin Peaks did a Q&A that was a lot of fun and great to see how close they still were. But, the reason for this post…

The next day, Francis Ford Coppola showed his “worst” movie, 1996’s Jack. Starring Robin Williams alongside Bill Cosby, Diane Lane, J.Lo, and Fran Drescher. Coppola then explained why he loved it - he’d wanted to work with Robin for years and it was ready-to-go by the studio…

It was 3 days of films, art, music, and interviews. The first night, Justin Johnson performed early, followed by DJ Qbert with Mike Patton trying to keep up. Capping off the evening, RZA performed a live soundtrack to Enter the 36 Chambers…

It doesn’t come across as sincere when you use the term RINO. I believe you are, but starting that conversation off on a less accusatory tone might be a more fruitful approach.

The highest paid entertainer across France for much of his career, he headlined venues like Moulin Rouge, holding audiences captivated. He was able to “inhale” on demand, then exhale with exquisite control, providing ample fuel for his stage shows.
