I just make it off the top of my head, I’m afraid. I start by sautéing chopped onions,celery, carrot, garlic, herbs. Then I add the chickpeas and diced tomatoes. Add stock, and let simmer for 15mns. Then add the pasta and cook another 10mns.

The bean broth is 1 onion cut in half, 4 whole garlic cloves, 2 bay leaves, 3 tbsp of tomato paste, chili powder, oregano, salt and pepper, olive oil.

Yes! Vegan eating is not all açai superfood bowls and exotic ingredients. That’s so daunting, especially to new vegans. And yes to intuitive eating😊

They taste almost exactly like the real thing. They don’t have that overly artificial smoke flavouring, the texture is perfect not too jellified. They’re my favourite faux hot dogs. And they’re not super salty!
