Not a word about the loss of space for play & hanging out, the widespread closure & defunding of youth clubs and wider social infrastructures (libraries, council gyms, etc), the hostility (from cars, adults, policing, disinvestment) and/or commercialisation of public space for teens, etc. etc. etc.

#Childreninneed day was one of my all time favourite days as a kid. But having worked for charities as a grown up, if you're considering donating, please instead find a childrens charity you love and send the money directly to them. Supporting unrestricted funds is priceless to charities.
