My only worry with that is that this turns into some kind of echo chamber where we only hear opinions we agree with and that makes us less prepared for the reality outside.

Help me out. Who are the rebels? Sure I heard something on the tv this am about them being Isis/Isis adjacent but not taking it as gospel being the BBC. Can anyone educate me? If that's so is there any benefit to Syrians in this or is it just a case of "meet the new boss, same as the old boss"?

Meal replacements to last a month delivered to my door. Follow up from district nurses, dieticians, GPs. Complications now, gastroscopy and CT booked for January. Can you just imagine the cost?! I'd be selling my house, car and my first born over there!

Yes! We don't know how good we've got it. In August I almost died. Ambulance to hospital, numerous CT scans/x-rays/ blood tests culminating in 6 hour emergency surgery. Two weeks in hospital, a week in ICU.
On discharge given all the drugs I needed, no prescription charges because I'm in Scotland.
