It’s the same on a far smaller scale in cyber. What will happen if I do X? And what will happen if I don’t do it?

Bombing Iran isn’t just bombing Iran for instance - it will impact spending in Ukraine, it impacts shipping/ trade / company profits (which impact jobs), it impacts Gaza, it will impact our ability to stand up to China or North Korea and prob a ton more things.
