The agent in the article, Fiora Aston of Compass Homes (“A top producer in the luxury space”). When told price gouging was illegal she hung up on the reporter after previously confirming she had advised her client, “People are desperate, and you can probably get good money.” Fiora and her kind suck.

Thank you, Mia! I got it at 16 mo old, after a vax mix-up (didn't get it). Was always told I was "lucky," afflictions "mild." I don't feel lucky. I've had lifelong problems like a fused ankle, one foot 2+ sizes smaller than the other, a limp and now, at 65, a deteriorating hip. Lucky, huh?

Stage racing not an issue any more, except for hardcores. I love it. Rovals can bite it. Being fined for your spoiler, different every week, is redonk. Junior is no longer yelling through the whole race, but hey, British announcer, aren't you at the wrong track? I watched maybe 8 races this year.
