“Rapid unscheduled disassembly”. Can’t make this shit up.

Listen up, kids! Next time you total your parents’ car, just say it was a rapid unscheduled disassembly. Good lord!

This is actually a hugely important point. “Bringing manufacturing home” would result in cost of products that would be largely beyond the average American budget.

If you watch this closely, you begin to wonder if this was a trap…..

Well, you of course know it’s absolutely excusable and almost adorable for Elon to dress this way, but it’s absolutely disrespectful of Zelenskyy to be suitless.

As a resident in the US, I can tell you that it’s simply not safe to travel here. And I, too, don’t feel safe. Today fully exposed what the US has become, and who the real leader of the free world is.

Cory - seriously? He’s been off to the races on that long ago! Checks? Balances? Pfft! Statements like “Trump must” are useless. How do Dems develop a viable plan for messaging to his base?

Wow, Ali! I am so sorry i didn’t record your show this morning! Every segment was excellent, but the banned book segment is something worth watching again and again. I look forward to reading the works of these authors!

Trump's dishonest and ad hominem attack on Zelensky is the lowest act of a US President in history. Abandoning Ukraine after Bucha, and after hundreds of thousands have given their lives or been maimed for life fighting for freedom, is the most egregious betrayal of a nation and people imaginable.

Great interview! I hope you keep a spotlight on this by inviting the other Liberal candidate for Prime Minister, Mark Carney, with a focus on financial institutions, rare earth minerals and viability of Canadian owned production.

I find it sort of adorable and mildly astonishing that we all think/hope that Musk and minions will obey any judge’s injunction or block. I bet they aren’t.

He’s seeking revenge for the pushback he got for the “Sharpie-gate” incident when he adjusted the path of hurricane Dorian with a Sharpie.

Of course none of this is about the border or fentanyl- the orange orangutan needed to show a win and Trudeau knows this. It’s actually about destabilizing Canada enough toward the goal of eventual annexation. The orangutan is just getting started. In the words of Arya Stark, the North remembers.

Anybody in talks with the governors of Washington state, Oregon and California about inviting them to join Canada to expand Canada’s wine country?

Wow, what a limited vocabulary. Glad he got sacked.

It would no longer be trade. American companies would not have to pay for any of these resources.
comment in response to post
The answer to that lies in understanding what these tariffs are really about. Trump actually wants access to Canada’s resources directly, especially energy and rare earth minerals. So, how far would Poilievre go in handing over unfettered access to those and other resources?
comment in response to post
Currently Canada is experiencing a turbulent lead up to their general election, so Trump is seeking to divide and destabilize the electorate into submission through a win by conservatives. But these tariffs just might shift things toward a win under the leadership of Mark Carney….

Yes, the price is ultimately paid by consumers, but the tariffs go into the government coffers for Trump to spend on deportations, detention camps, the wall and tax cuts for the ultra wealthy. This is not about fentanyl or illegal migrants- it’s about disruption, destabilization and money.
