That’s not how it works. To amend the Constitution, an Amendment has to be ratified by 2/3 of the states. That’s why the ERA never made it. It should have, but states’ right screwed us over yet again.

Prince is rock royalty. Adore him too. Foo Fighters covered Darling Nikki back in 2003. But Prince covered Foo Fighters in 2007 in his Super Bowl halftime show. It was a mutual admiration thang. Though Prince didn’t give Foo’s permission to release their cover in the US. Kind of a touchy guy 😉
