Rereading The Untethered Soul is such a good reminder that we are not the voice inside our heads, just the one listening to it. When you can totally grasp that idea and you become aware of it, it’s almost like a new world and new sense of freedom opens up to you.

The Lobro Show started as an outlet for me to share what I was learning and it quickly grew into something really special. Through my own vulnerability, it became a show about teaching and empowering people to become the best version of themselves. And for a while it was truly magical!
