An easy way to say this is, you are not your thoughts, you are the one that’s aware of them.
This knowledge has helped me tremendously with my mental health.

Don’t you have thoughts that pop into your head and you think to yourself, “where did that come from?”
You didn’t think to create that thought. It just came to you.
That internal voice isn’t always directly under our control.
The listener is the only one that remains. This is mindfulness.

Stay tuned for more updates.
If I return to twitch it will only be to tell people where I am now.

To do that, I’ll combine my passion for personal growth, along with my experience now as a dog trainer and Dad, to share life lessons with you along the way.
Whatever I’m teaching you, I’m teaching myself.
This was always the essence of the original show, don’t you agree?

I am also not some kind of expert. I’m just a guy learning, applying, and sharing that with you through radical vulnerability.
I won’t be able to return to streaming 20+ hours a week like I used to but I will return to capture some of the magic of the original.

I don’t want to be a “content creator” or “influencer” or “streamer” — like an older brother, I want to be a guide or teacher that empowers you with the knowledge and tools to become the best version of yourself.

The last few years have been an adventure without you but I’m ready to share it with you again. I needed to take the time away to work on myself and find clarity, which has finally struck me like lightning.

At some point along the way, I got lost in the weeds of twitch drama, taking on too many ideas, over-selling everything, and over-complicating all of my content.
Then my personal life took a turn and only now am I beginning to feel like I can breathe again.
