If you were able to locate physical Fish disks, you could potentially do that. Admittedly not necessarily simple, but possible.

CrossDOS was a commercial project before it was included with the OS. There were also other such drivers available (at least one in the Fish disk set).

If you haven't tried brutal mode in RB3DX you might quite enjoy it. It's a little rougher around the edges compared to RB4's native one, but it's still amazingly fun

I've never seen a distinction between manual and automatic on any American licenses (I'm in TN and there definitely isn't anything for that here).

I don't have stutters like the one you showed, but I do sometimes have little micro stutters when I'm playing and streaming, even with black venue. They usually only last a couple of frames and don't mess me up, but sometimes it hiccups decently.

Might be good to make sure you're on hardware encoding, if possible. Right when Festival S6 started my OBS randomly switched to software and I didn't know for a couple of days, had chalked it up to Festival being Festival.

I remember noticing that when partypack existed, it would show your "normal" score in game but results would show the server's computed score (which would be really low since you weren't playing the chart it thought you were)
