Yes, although this is cold comfort when we're just in the beginning of it. Millions will die before it gets better.

5. Who's That Girl. Love this movie to bits. I think that Madonna is a good actress and it's a pity the movie flopped. But the main star of the movie is for sure Griffin Dunne.

3. Primer. Without a doubt, best time travel movie in film history. 4. Eye in the Labyrinth. A really weird European neo-noir thriller. Love the atmosphere, the ASMR quality of the editing. Rosemary Dexter is a complete goddess in the role.

2. Hangar 18. OMG, this movie is bad, but I love it. And I genuinely enjoy some of the sequences. Film critics are unkind to the sets and props of this movie but I disagree and actually find them enjoyable. But yeah, the overall writing could be better.

1. Clean and Sober with Michael Keaton. A fantastic movie and the first serious role of Keaton. In spite of the difficult topic, somehow this movie is sometimes my comfort watching.

Toxic men get into power and then they play. To them it's all a game. It's a game to Musk, it's a game to Trump and Putin. Because they know that they are gonna be alright. It's the common folk who is going to die in their wars.

Absolutely. But do read the Wikipedia article on the whole thing, it's totally adorable. There's a whole mythology around it, all in good humor

I actually looked it up, and apparently Punxsutawney Phil is right in about 30-40% of cases

I self-published a book last year. Many friends decided to read the book, but then no one actually has. I joke that my book was read by 4 people and I paid two of them to do it (I mean my two awesome editors) People just don't want to prioritize unknown authors.

Absolutely. And people who repeat it are simply trying to calm themselves.

It's just that we hoped it would last just a little bit longer.

It's going to accelerate the unraveling of democracies elsewhere. In essence, the prosperity and comfort of western societies is coming to an end. And as much as we wanted to laud the "end of history", there is no such thing, and our relative peace was bound to come to an end.

Unfortunately, if we think for just a minute, the answer is obvious. Trump's reign is going to be a disaster. It's going to unravel complex democratic mechanisms used to balance power so that our societies are free. It's going to embolden bigots everywhere.

Warcraft 3! Interestingly enough, I have played a pirated version of Starcraft in my youth, and it had no soundtrack (to save space, I assume), so when finally heard it, it was something super new to me!
