Tip of the day: When I make coffee, or use the stove, I always make ONE LAST CHECK and I say OUT LOUD, "I have turned off the coffee pot and the burners are all off". That way, in a few hours when I wonder if those things are off, I have the memory of saying those things out loud! It works! #adhd
