I'd like more information about how the City is proposing to slow traffic on Rupert/Kerr Street between 41st & 54th, whether any new protected/signalised crossings are planned on Rupert/Kerr & whether any investment will be made in the very damaged & uneven sidewalks & curb cuts in this area.
