I did that a few times. A big factor for me is regional pricing: I do think devs deserve the money, but sometimes a game is several times more expensive compared to Steam, and I don’t always have the means. Still love Itch though!

Anthology Of The Killer is a collection of horror-comedy games. It's silly and weird and punches you in the gut from time to time (in a good way). I can't stop thinking about it, i think it expanded my view of how games can be. It was also strangely hopeful, despite its nightmarish world

1000xResist is a great sci-fi story full of twists, interesting characters, and emotional moments. I was genuinely moved by it. Not many games achieve it!

If that doesn’t work for some reason, you can launch a video in a browser, pause it, then pull down the notification thing and play from there. After that, it should play even with the screen locked. A bit annoying, but it’s something
