Thank you! I’m post reduction so I can nix a bra. Sounds like you’ve had your back done - was this better/worse pain wise? I remember spine vibrating weird & near armpits being hell. The itchiness is real but i think I’m perimenopausal because my sternum & underboob itch every night already. 😂

Good idea! I updated my passport last year because I had a feeling. I hit a dead end with my dual citizenship work about a year ago - my genealogist in Poland found amazing stuff but all my grandparents left wrong places at wrong times. I need to find someone in Lithuania to pick up the trail.

I hope it alleviates some of the stress. It’s got to be so scary and uncertain for so many folks. I know it is for me and I don’t have any particular immediate challenge. Just dread for those around me and the curse of knowledge of history and pattern recognition.
