So will SNL pay my mortgage while I'm furloughed? Seems pretty real to me.

If your state has one, you can try applying online at your state digital library. Ohio has one. Or try the nearest library, wherever it is, and see if you can get a card. You can use it for online resources like Libby and Hoopla. We only require an in-state driver's license where I work.

Books, ebooks, and audio for me. I sometimes have three formats of the same book checked out at the same time so I can keep it going no matter what I'm doing.

He's trying to keep people thinking that the numbers are higher than they really are. Once he's in office, he can claim that he's the one who lowered the numbers, not Biden.

I'm a librarian. If it's a book and you absorb the content, then you read it. Would you ever say you hadn't read it? You can look at the words, listen to the words, feel the words if you are blind. No one cares how you read it. Now, if it's an abridged version, that's a different story.

It's not the brand. It's the voters. It's not a popularity contest. Voting is a job that requires work. Voters are lazy. They vote for a person or a single issue rather than doing an actual comparison. Thus the surprise when unpleasant things happen.
