I’m at this event. Didn’t see this but noticed the unusual amount of security including a magnetometer checkpoint (these antics happened outside it). Commented to a friend that’s a grim sign of the times, it’s not usual for this sort of conference. But also shows it wasn’t irrational paranoia.
